  • Increased stress levels

Eating sensibly will provide your body with the correct vitamins and minerals to keep you healthy and maintain your energy levels. Changing your eating habits will make a real difference to your life and well being. Advising clients of lifestyle changes is also important, lifestyle also plays an important role in your health.

Christina Martin DHNP, AIT, mIFM can provide you with a nutritional and fitness programme which will improve your diet and help you to improve your wellness.

But – What if you feel you do eat sensibly and still have health problems?

It is probable that you may have a food intolerance or have vitamin and/or mineral deficiencies. Why do we need supplements?

A simple and painless food intolerance test can get to the root of any possible food allergies. Some functional testing may also be advised, to aid faster recovery time. This will be in addition to your consultation.

When you eliminate these foods from your diet you will see a vast improvement in your wellness.

However, there are many reasons why it is just not possible for your food to provide all the necessary nutrients your body requires. Contributing factors include poor soil, artificial fertilizers, early picking, processing and excessive storage. Click here to view a list of what modern man eats to contribute to a poor diet.

It is important you follow all the health advice given by your nutritional practitioner and regularly take any supplements supplied. Not following the programme will prolong your health recovery.
